Thalpith is a local maharashtrian dish made from whole grains Like jowar,ragi,bajra,wheat,rice,green moong,black udad,black chana,Dhaniya and zeera All the grains are first cleaned,Roasted and grinded to give it a perfect aroma of all the above grains.
For making thalpith all you have to do is Add onion,green chillies,red chilly powder,salt and ginger garlic paste and litlle bit of water.knead the dough and make it like small bhakris and roast it on a tawa by adding little oil or ghee . roast till it turns little dark brown. Thalpith Bhajini is ready serve with chatpata chutney or dahi or makhan
